To cancel an order, please contact us, using our “help center” form, within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return once you receive the package. For full refund eligibility, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
