Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us, using the “help center” form below, within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return once you receive the package. For full refund eligibility, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days. To receive a full refund, all returned items must be in their original condition. They must be properly packed and shipped in a manner that will ensure the product is not damaged in transit. Once we receive your returned item, will we issue your refund.
Please Note: You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your return is shipped after the 30 days, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.
Exchanges
Please reach out to us with any issues regarding the delivery of your item. If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, you may use the “help center” form below to request an exchange. Once submitted, a Little Schoolbooks representative will contact you via email to begin processing the exchange. Your claim will be processed at no additional cost to you.
